What a place - I came to Rochester to visit a friend and she recommended this place; we went last night (Friday) and I’m still buzzing now! There’s a DJ, plenty of good vibes and the staff are amazing! We were part of a group and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The place is under new management and you can tell Jade (new manager) is putting her all into the place. She personally introduced herself and moved some tables around so we could all have a seat even though it was busy. Perfect location, right next to Rochester Castle. Reasonably priced drinks. Actually considering staying in Rochester another night so we can come back for the live band on Sunday! Big thanks to Jade & co for an amazing weekend away.

Really looking forward to coming back here, with my dog Murray again! popped in by chance sunday, what friendly, cheerful bar staff! perfect pint of Guinness, lovely comfortable atmosphere. I had to leave before the live singer was on but was told they are every Sunday so will definitely come back, the manager gave Murray doggy treats and was making a fuss of him, very dog friendly pub! cheers.
